This metal dish rack is fully manufactured from a single metal sheet via precision compound stamping dies. In one single stamping cycle, the machine completes continuous U-slot cutting and 90° U-base bending simultaneously, eliminating welding and splicing joints.
All slot edges are smooth and burr-free after stamping, with consistent bending tolerance to guarantee stable structural rigidity. The one-piece forming design resists deformation under long-term heavy load use in busy commercial kitchens or café bars.

Q: Can you produce custom metal stamping parts according to my drawings or samples?
A: Yes, we mainly focus on OEM & ODM customized stamping services. We accept 2D files like PDF/DWG and 3D files such as STEP, IGES. You can also send physical samples for us to copy and optimize the structure. Our engineering team will review your design and offer professional suggestions on cost saving and manufacturability for free.
Q: What kinds of metal materials can you use for stamping processing?
A: We support a full range of common stamping metals, including SPCC cold rolled steel, SECC galvanized steel, SS304/SS316 stainless steel, 5052/6061 aluminum alloy, H62 brass and copper. We can select suitable raw materials based on your product usage, working environment and budget requirements.
Q: Can I get trial samples before mass production? How long is the sample lead time?
A: Trial samples are available for all customized orders. The sample production cycle is 7–12 working days after drawing confirmation and mold opening. After you test and confirm the sample quality and dimension, we will arrange mass production. Small batch trial orders are also acceptable if you do not need large volume at first.
Q: What surface finishing options do you provide for stamped metal parts?
A: We offer multiple surface treatments to meet anti-rust, anti-corrosion and appearance demands: zinc plating, nickel plating, powder coating, black oxide, passivation, polishing and anodizing for aluminum. If your products are exported to Europe, we can do surface treatment that complies with RoHS and REACH standards.
Q: How do you control the dimensional tolerance of precision stamping parts?
A: Our tolerance for large stamped parts can reach ±0.1mm, while precision small parts can achieve ±0.01mm. We carry out strict three-step quality inspection: IQC for raw material incoming check, IPQC for on-line production inspection, and FQC full dimension testing before shipment. We can provide inspection reports and accept third-party quality inspection as requested.
