This AL5052 stamped housing is for electrical equipment. It has a rectangular base, raised sides, a panel with rectangular openings and raised features on the base.
The elongated example is an AL5052 stamped equipment housing. It has raised edges, openings and interior features.
Use the photographs to identify the example you are referring to. For your own housing, provide a drawing that defines the dimensions, units, material and required finish.
The gallery also shows a triangular coffee-filter example, a slotted bracket with repeating dividers, and a long assembled bracket with a handle. These are separate designs. The housing specifications above do not define the material of every mesh, frame, fastener or assembly component in the gallery.
Provide a dimensioned drawing or sample details, the required material and finish, order quantity, intended application and inspection requirements. Include your requested delivery date and packaging needs. To identify a featured example, describe the housing with the rectangular perforated panel or the elongated equipment housing.
For additional part examples, browse our metal stamping components. For general quotation preparation, see our RFQ information.
For a detailed enquiry checklist, see our custom stamping and sheet metal RFQ checklist.
Mark the openings, raised edges and other features that matter to your design. For mating or assembly features, include dimensions, datums and acceptance criteria on the drawing. Describe the intended use of each critical feature rather than relying on the photograph to define it.
Provide a component list or assembly drawing, and specify the material, finish and quantity for each component. Identify any parts you plan to supply. Requirements for a mesh, frame, fastener or other component should be stated separately in the RFQ.
State the treatment and appearance you require, including any areas that must remain untreated. The two featured housing examples have no additional surface treatment. A different finish is a requirement for your project to be reviewed; it is not implied by the other gallery images.
LAMBOOR provides custom precision metal components, including stamping parts. Our manufacturing services include tooling, sheet metal fabrication, welding and assembly, with the required operations reviewed for each project.
