The gallery shows two AL5052 stamped sheet-metal housing examples for electronic equipment. Their opening layouts, formed edges and mounting features support different component arrangements. Identify the selected photograph and housing drawing before requesting a quotation.
The elongated example has long formed edges, an opening-bearing flange, tabs and mounting holes. Define the connector and mounting layout against the selected housing drawing, including the positions that control fit with the internal components and adjoining panels.
The other example has a broad base, formed side walls and an upright panel with repeating rectangular openings. Raised mounting locations are visible on the base. Specify their position and construction on the component or assembly drawing rather than identifying a thread or insert type from the photograph.
AL5052 and stamping are recorded for both illustrated housing sheet-metal examples, with no additional surface treatment listed. State the material grade, sheet thickness and any project finish on the selected drawing. Specify posts, inserts, fasteners and other assembly components separately in the bill of materials.
Provide the circuit-board outline, mounting-hole pattern, component-height limits and connector information. Define the housing envelope, openings, formed edges and any cover interfaces, with dimensions, units and datums. Include clearances for the intended assembly sequence and access to the internal components.
Mark critical opening positions, formed geometry, panel flatness and edge or burr acceptance requirements. Identify the features inspected after forming and the mating parts used for fit approval. If equipment-level thermal or electromagnetic compatibility checks are required, state their acceptance criteria and who will verify the complete assembly.
Send the selected housing reference, part and assembly drawing revisions, component list, material grades, sheet thicknesses, finish requirements and quantity. Include inspection criteria and the mating board, connector or cover information. Send your housing drawing and requirements.
Refer to the elongated housing with interface openings or the base with a perforated upright panel. Send the matching photograph or sample reference with the housing drawing revision. Identify which parts are required and define their opening and mounting layout against the intended electronic components.
Give their positions relative to the housing datums, required type or size and mating-component interfaces. For threaded or installed hardware, specify the thread, material, installation method and acceptance criteria separately. The AL5052 housing record does not define every visible post, insert or fastener.
The illustrated housing records list no additional surface treatment. Include the requested finish and appearance in the project specification, and identify any surfaces to be masked or used as mating contacts. Review that requirement with the selected geometry and inspection criteria before agreeing the order specification.
