We are a professional CNC precision machining manufacturer located in Dongguan, China. We produce Custom CNC Turned Anodized Aluminum Hexagonal Hollow Sleeves with ultra-precise tolerance up to ±0.01mm, fully manufactured according to customers’ 2D drawings, 3D models and sample requirements. This tubular part features a continuous outer hexagonal profile, straight hollow inner through hole and rounded arc ends, finished with decorative & protective gold anodization. It is widely applied as connecting spacer, positioning pillar, equipment handle sleeve and assembly support tube for precision instruments, automation tooling, electronic devices and optomechanical equipment. We provide full OEM & ODM customized service to satisfy various structural assembly needs for global industrial buyers.
All sleeves are processed on multi-axis CNC lathes with whole-process dimension monitoring. Inner aperture tolerance, hexagonal opposite-side size, total length and wall thickness are highly unified for each batch product, effectively eliminating assembly jamming, eccentricity and loose positioning issues.
Based on standard turning and hex milling technology, we support free adjustment of total length, hex width across flats, inner hole diameter, wall thickness and end contour. You can customize anodizing colors, tolerance levels and surface roughness as your assembly requirements, greatly reducing your secondary processing costs and shortening new equipment development cycles.
We adopt high-quality 6061/7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy as main raw material, featuring high strength and low weight. Optional hard anodizing, sandblasting anodizing and other surface treatments greatly enhance wear resistance, anti-rust performance and surface texture, suitable for long-term cyclic usage in indoor instrument and workshop environments.
We can develop exclusive irregular-length, special wall-thickness hexagonal hollow tubes according to your unique mechanical layout; brand-new non-standard designs are acceptable for your new-generation precision equipment upgrading and iteration.
Whether you need small-batch prototype samples or large-volume bulk orders, we implement unified strict quality inspection standards. Sufficient production equipment and mature processing technology guarantee continuous stable supply, supporting long-term cooperative procurement plans for overseas industrial clients.
Available materials: SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel, 1018 carbon steel, 6061/7075 aluminum alloy, brass, with various bar stock diameters to match your drawing specifications.
Our custom anodized aluminum hexagonal hollow sleeves are widely utilized in:
Precision optical testing instruments, medical equipment fittings, industrial automation assembly jigs, electronic equipment internal supporting structures, semiconductor inspection devices, communication equipment housings and mechanical equipment hand-held operating components.
Q: Can you produce custom CNC turned parts according to my drawings or samples?
A: Yes, we mainly focus on OEM & ODM customized precision turning services. We accept 2D files like PDF/DWG and 3D files such as STEP, IGES. You can also send physical samples for us to reverse-engineer and optimize the structure. Our engineering team will review your design and offer professional suggestions on cost saving and manufacturability (DFM) for free.
Q: What kinds of metal materials can you use for CNC turning processing?
A: We support a full range of common precision machining metals, including SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, 1018/1045 carbon steel, 6061/7075 aluminum alloy, C36000 brass, copper and titanium. We can select suitable raw materials based on your product usage, working environment, strength requirements and budget.
Q: Can I get trial samples before mass production? How long is the sample lead time?
A: Trial samples are available for all customized turning orders. The sample production cycle is 3–7 working days after drawing confirmation. After you test and confirm the sample quality and dimensions, we will arrange mass production. Small batch trial orders are also acceptable if you do not need large volume at first.
Q: What surface finishing options do you provide for CNC turned metal parts?
A: We offer multiple surface treatments to meet anti-rust, anti-corrosion, wear resistance and appearance demands: passivation, electropolishing, zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide, powder coating, anodizing for aluminum, sandblasting and polishing. If your products are exported to Europe, we can provide surface treatment that complies with RoHS and REACH standards.
Q: How do you control the dimensional tolerance of precision CNC turned parts?
A: Our standard tolerance for general turned parts is ±0.01mm, and ultra-precision components can achieve ±0.005mm with grinding processes. We carry out strict three-step quality inspection: IQC for raw material incoming check, IPQC for in-process production monitoring, and FQC full dimension testing before shipment. We provide inspection reports and accept third-party quality inspection as requested.
